Beth FentonBeth Fenton has served in various volunteer roles in Mahaska County over the past 35 years.  After her three very active sons graduated, she decided to step down as the leader of the Harrison Hustlers 4-H Club.  Throughout this time, she also served as a horticulture superintendent and continues in this role to this day.

Beth has been a positive role model to numerous youth and families and can be found with an encouraging smile on her face at all 4-H events.  She provides guidance and shares her knowledge of 4-H with current and future 4-H members at the school where she teaches.  She has helped with 4-H recruitment efforts for many years and continues to be a proud supporter of Mahaska County 4-H.

Beth's family has been active with Iowa 4-H for decades The active trend will continue.  She has a heart of gold, or in this case, green!  Mahaska County is proud to have Beth as a volunteer and look forward to working with her for years to come.  She has a lot to be proud of as well, as she has easily shaped the lives of over 500 youth over the past 35 years.
