Jeff BarrickJeff Barrick's volunteer career started in 1984. For the past 37 years, he has held many different roles in the Linn County 4-H Program. He has been a club leader for Washington Busy Beavers, a member of the Swine Committee, and Cat and Pet Committee Chair. Jeff has a love for helping 4-H members succeed and wants to help in any way that he can.

Jeff is an alumnus of Washington Busy Beavers 4-H Club and now a club leader for that club. He currently works with the Center Point-Urbana Schools to ensure that the club can access the building and rooms they need. He also helps ensure that the club has all of the supplies necessary to have a successful meeting.  Jeff is also the chair of the Cat and Pet Committee. He works hard to make sure that the youth who participate in these shows have fun and a positive experience at the fair. Jeff has a strong desire to make sure everyone feels included in all aspects of 4-H.

Jeff can always be found with a smile, lending a helping hand to staff, other volunteers, and families. Volunteers and families who have worked with Jeff remark about his willingness to pitch in, include others, and have a great conversation.
