Tim Orr is a very dedicated supporter of the Clayton County 4-H program.  Tim grew up as a member of the Highland Helping Hands 4-H Club.  As an adult he volunteered as a leader of the Marion Happy Hustlers 4-H Club. Tim Orr

Tim has served on the Clayton Extension 4-H & Youth Development Committee and the Livestock Advisory Committee.  He is actively involved in the Clayton County Pork Producers, Clayton County Cattlemen and Clayton County Fair Board. He enjoys helping at the livestock weigh-ins and county fair. Tim regularly sponsors awards, trophies and t-shirts for the youth. Tim enjoys working behind the scenes to keep events running and is always ready to help.  Tim was instrumental in the building of the new swine, sheep and goat complex at the county fairgrounds in 2018. He continues to strive to improve the county fair for the youth of the county.

Tim is a member of the Elgin Lutheran Church where he serves on council. He is also a past school board member of the Valley Community School district.

Tim and his wife Sheri are the parents of two children, Kaitie and Kennie, and have one grandchild, Brantley.

Clayton County truly appreciates Tim’s support and dedication to the 4-H & youth programs and county fair.
