Paul has been involved with 4-H and Winnebago County Extension for quite some time. He began working with Winnebago County 4-H youth in 1981 as a volunteer and leader. He also volunteered in Hancock County prior to that.
Paul was a County Extension Director in Cerro Gordo County. Paul served on several extension committees, including the Extension Council Nominating Committee for Winnebago County Extension. He has always been a strong advocate for Extension programs and continuously promotes youth activities.
During his career with Titonka Savings Bank, Paul was instrumental in providing support for Extension programs. Paul recently retired from his position at the bank, but continues to be active with Iowa State University Extension and Outreach.
He now does FIN PACK assistance. Paul has contributed much of his time to help Winnebago County, and deserves recognition for all of his hard work!
