Carole GormanCarole Gorham has been involved in Harrison County 4-H in several different ways over the years, and is still involved.

She was member of the St. Johns Jolly Jills 4-H Club in Missouri Valley.  She later became a leader of the Hawkeye Ramblers 4-H Club in Woodbine for a couple years and now helps with the Woodbine Clover Kids.

This year, she was trained in Family Storyteller and helped present our first Harrison County Family Storyteller class.  For the last 30 years and counting, Carole is the Harrison County Office Assistant at the Harrison County Extension and Outreach Office.  She is the first person people see when they come in the front door.  Carole answers many 4-H and non 4-H questions and non 4-H questions for families.  She also works with the livestock show during the Harrison County Fair.

In her spare time, she plays the piano at St Paul Lutheran Church in Missouri Valley, sings in the choir, teaches Sunday School, and helps with Bible School each year.  Carole is a member of the Woodbine Library Board and holds the office of secretary and is on the Missouri Valley Food Pantry committee.

Carole is an amazing lady! Harrison County 4-H would like to thank her for everything she does to Make the Best Better!
