Connie’s commitment to 4-H began while she was still a 4-H member. Her club leader quit during the year and Connie took the responsibility for the club until another adult leader could be found. Unmarried, with no children of her own, 4-H members have been and continue to be “her family.” She has been a club leader of the Toledo Techs club for 19 years and has helped at overnight camps for over 15 years. She is currently the sheep superintendent and has raised large sums of money for the fair through the sponsorship program. Connie willing gives of her time and never expects any recognition for her efforts. She always looks for the best in kids and helps them develop those skills.
