Patricia KadrmasPat was a volunteer for over 25 years in Tama county.  She presented school enrichment programs on conservation, taught recordkeeping to many youth, organized the county recognition program for a number of years, including recruiting evaluation volunteers, she did orientations and completed necessary paperwork .  Her county award work led to several years of helping at the state level with the recognition/awards process.

Pat enjoyed helping youth prepare for area and state awards opportunities.  Pat served as superintendent of the expressive arts department at county fair, she organized the volunteers, worked with the judges and organized the building displays.  Conservation was her passion and she encouraged youth to preserve what they had for the future.  She was always donating trees, flowers, anything for the environment.

Pat donated thousands of hours of service to 4-H and influenced the lives of many youth and adults in Tama County.
